Through both virtual and mobile outreach efforts, we strive to connect people with the resources, support systems, and opportunities needed to achieve long-term stability and success.
General Requirements for All Volunteers & Interns
To ensure quality services and maintain professional standards, all volunteers and interns must meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age unless participating through an approved educational or internship program.

Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect when interacting with community members, partners, and team members.

Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information in accordance with organizational policies.

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Have reliable access to a phone, computer, and internet connection for virtual service opportunities.

Be able to work independently while remaining accountable to supervisors and organizational leadership.

Complete all required orientation, onboarding, and training activities.

Demonstrate cultural competency and a commitment to serving diverse populations.

Maintain accurate records and documentation when required by assigned duties.

Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Pass a background screening when required for specific volunteer or internship assignments.
