Up & At Em Community Initiative does not operate from a fixed public location. Instead, we provide flexible, mobile-based support designed to meet individuals where they are most comfortable and able to engage.

Services are delivered through a combination of Zoom virtual sessions, phone support, and scheduled in-person meetings by appointment in safe, agreed-upon community locations across Boston and surrounding Massachusetts areas.

 

 

This approach allows us to remove barriers to access and provide support to individuals regardless of transportation, housing status, or location stability.

Our goal is to ensure help is always reachable, whether someone is in crisis, transitioning between services, or simply in need of guidance and connection to resources. By operating mobile and by appointment, we are able to respond more directly, maintain privacy, and adapt to each individual’s situation.
