Assist individuals in locating housing resources, emergency shelters, sober living environments, recovery housing, and supportive housing programs throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities
Research and maintain housing resource databases.
Connect individuals with housing opportunities.
Assist with housing applications and referrals.
Communicate with housing providers and community organizations.
Track available resources and program updates.
Provide virtual support and follow-up services.
Qualifications
Volunteer
Strong organizational skills.
Professional communication abilities.
Comfortable using online databases and technology.
Ability to work independently.
Intern
Enrollment in social work, public administration, public health, or related programs.
Interest in housing advocacy and community services.
Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with homeless services.
Knowledge of Massachusetts housing resources.
Case management experience.
