Requirements

Provide referral information.
Assist individuals in understanding eligibility requirements.
Conduct virtual resource navigation sessions.
Maintain accurate records and resource lists.
Qualifications
Volunteer
Excellent research skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Intern
Human services, social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or public health background preferred.
Interest in resource coordination and community support services.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Massachusetts service systems.
Experience with case management or advocacy.
